The LLL Platform and its InnoVal partners in September 2018 will organize a European Conference on Innovative Assessment Methods for Validation. The event will take stock of recent policy developments in line with the 2012 Council Recommendation on Validation of Non-Formal and Informal Learning (VNFIL), and discuss the next steps forward.
The second part will be about InnoVal project outcomes focusing on innovative assessment methods targeting ‘disadvantaged groups’. The consortium partners will showcase numerous Case Studies, good practices as well as present recommendations for practitioners and policy-makers. In the afternoon, participants will join the workshops facilitated by experienced validation stakeholders. Then the day will end with a Validation Task Force meeting to discuss concrete actions to follow-up the implementation of the Council Recommendation.
The Lifelong Learning Platform is an umbrella that gathers more than 40 European organisations active in the field of education, training and youth.
