Tallberginkatu 1, 00180 Helsinki, Finland
  • This is the biggest learning festival in Northern Europe which gathers together thousands of learning enthusiasts from all over the globe. Two days full of inspiring keynotes, workshops, and talks fill Kaapelitehdas in September! Not to forget the enlightening discussions in the corridors and cafeterias you can engage with friends old and new. The new movement of learning and inspiration awaits!

    5 Themes:

    Developmental Organizational Culture
The modern world is always in flux. Organizations must build development in to their core, or risk falling behind. Learning cannot be a mere afterthought, but part of everyday work life.

    Emotions and Learning
Emotions matter. They drive learning, motivation, decision-making and wellbeing. Be it in schools or at the workplace, the key is to understand the potential of emotions and how to put them into use.

Curriculum 2026: What should we learn next?
In 2016, a new Finnish national curriculum was implemented in schools. But what comes after multidisciplinary modules and learning with ICT? What are the core skills to be emphasized in the next curriculum reform?

    Self-directed Learning
What’s in common with Thomas Alva Edison and David Bowie? They were both self-taught. Learning doesn’t always need to be formal. The question is, how to learn to learn?

    Learning for Sustainability
The world changes, so must we. How to acknowledge and tackle challenges on the journey towards an economically, socially and environmentally sustainable future?
